Terms of service

01Agreement

These terms cover purchases made on LootStash (lootstash.wtf). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy a top-up.

LootStash sells digital in-game currency. We are not the publisher of the games listed on the site.

02The service

You choose a game, a package, and a player ID. We send the currency to that ID. You do not create a LootStash account to buy.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or buying with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. You are responsible for every order placed from your device.

04Orders and player IDs

The player ID you enter is the delivery address. Check it before you pay. Currency sent to the ID you typed is treated as delivered, even if that ID was wrong.

An optional display name is for your receipt only. It does not change where the currency goes.

We do not ask for your game password, Google Play password, or Game Center password. Do not send those to us.

05Price and payment

The price shown on the package is the amount you pay, in US dollars. LootStash does not add a separate platform fee on top of that price.

Payment is taken by Cash App, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Those services have their own terms. A payment that does not complete does not create an order.

06Delivery

We aim to deliver within 60 seconds of a successful payment. Delivery time can be longer if the game server is down or the player ID cannot be matched.

Delivery is complete when the currency is credited to the player ID on the order.

07Refunds

A delivered top-up is final. Digital currency cannot be returned once it is in the game account.

If you paid and the currency did not arrive, email support@lootstash.wtf within 48 hours. Include the order reference and the player ID. We will either send the currency again or refund that charge.

Start with us before you dispute the charge with your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting support can block future orders from the same payer.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use a player ID you are not allowed to top up
• Resell currency you bought from LootStash
• Place orders with stolen payment methods
• Interfere with the site or other people’s orders

09Game publishers

Game names, currency names, and artwork belong to their owners. A publisher can change prices, item names, or account rules at any time. LootStash does not control bans, rollbacks, or in-game policy.

10Liability

The site is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost matches, rank, or items beyond the currency on the order.

If we are liable for a paid order, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. Orders placed after that date use the updated terms.
